Joe Gyurik is a vocalist and multi-instrumental musician who has been an active performer in groups in the Mohawk Valley over the past 15 years. With his experience in music production and audio engineering, Joe has helped the Mohawk Valley Collective (MVC) through procuring audio equipment befitting the sanctuary at Unity Hall as well as doing sound design for shows at Unity Hall and MVC music performances at other locations over the last ten years. Joe is a finish carpenter who has been responsible for many key renovation projects at Unity Hall while also being instrumental in mentoring younger community members in the building trades, instilling in them an appreciation for historic techniques and workmanship.
