Jessie Ravage works as a researcher and writer specializing in central New York State history, especially in the areas of architectural history, resort development, agricultural history, and social history. She earned her undergraduate degree from Bryn Mawr College and a master’s degree in History Museum Studies from the Cooperstown Graduate Program. For the past 25 years, she has worked as a consultant in a variety of related capacities. Jessie has been involved with the Mohawk Valley Collective for over ten years in a variety of ways including: working to establish historic districts in Mohawk Valley, giving free lectures to our community on the history of our buildings and our area, and giving workshops to help the community understand how to apply for historic tax credits.
